Guidelines for using Plone system

by admin last modified 2005-11-06 06:46 PM

Plone is a powerful Content Management System (CMS), at the same time very easy to use.

Plone handbook

Plone handbook is located at http://plone.org/documentation/book, especially useful for getting started is Chapter 3: Using Plone (http://plone.org/documentation/book/3).

A brief Plone handbook containing only the most relevant features of Plone is available here

See also guidelines for designing default Plone documents (Web-pages, where you have to insert only content -design is handled by Plone). I suggest to use Structural text format for Plone documents, it is the easiest way to add some structure and layout to your documents. Structural text guidelines are here: http://plone.org/documentation/book/10
